September 8, 201412 yr Has anyone eaten here? I have been told by a couple of people it is the best not talked about restaurant around Florence. I love Mexican food and didn't realize Florence had a Chuy's. Pretty popular here in San Antonio and I've always had a positive experience there. Don't go expecting the world or anything, but it's kind of like a Mexican version of a Steak & Shake or something like that. Margaritas instead of milkshakes and tacos and enchiladas instead of burgers and fries, but as far as their price points, the overall atmosphere, things like that, I'd say Steak & Shake is a good comparison. I know that they have quite a few locations and the market for Mexican food in San Antonio is probably pretty competitive, so I'd say they're doing some things right at least.
