Everybody should know a lot more about Hoptown this year going into the later part of the season. They have a very challenging schedule even before the 3 tournaments they will be in. Some of the matchups I am looking forward including 3 very difficult away games right before the state tourny are:

 

Apollo - 1/3

Knott County Central- 1/24 neutral site

at Trinity - 2/7

at Owensboro 2/17

at Taylor County - 2/21

Do any of you have a way to contact Mr. Atiola? I'm associated with a top AAU team from out of state and we would love to have him join our program but can't find any way to contact him.

Akeem 6'10"from Africa, if he becomes eligible could be a difference maker. From what I understand Akeem is athletic and has decent range.

 

Word is he will be eligible in late Feb. Definitely will give that team some much needed height.

If it's late February he will basically just be playing in the post season tournaments. Most of the district tournaments begin in late February.

Where there is smoke there is fire! Lots of shady things always going on in hopkinsville! ? But let me guess "silo11" your going to tell us that they always play by the rules. Fyi I have some good friends from there and know what goes on. It's not possible khsaa doesn't?

Actually he enrolled at the high school in Feb of 2014 so he will be eligible because he has sat a 1 year. Nothing shady from my understanding. If you know something my sources don't please share.
