The only way they can make that argument would be if they are arguing that St. X has a tougher schedule and harder time winning state in 6A than Bowling Green does in 5A.

Seems like they had a pretty cut and dried system. Over the 10 years X finished higher ranked, maybe much higher ranked, more years is what I'm guessing happened. Would like to see the details of the rankings.
