Hoyer is listed on their first depth chart for the first pre-season game. But that's just because they had to release one, still no word as to who will actually start the game.

You think so? I'm still getting the vibe that they'll do anything to keep him off the field but I admittedly haven't heard any Browns news in about 48 hours so things could have changed by now. :lol2:

Everything I've read in reports have said that Manziel has closed the gap with his versatility in being able to run and make plays, whereas Hoyer cannot. Coaches haven't been praising Hoyer as much and practice reports from today said that Manziel had his best day yet and seems to really be catching on now.

No, but as soon as you have 3 starters you have to drop one. You can have one starter and three non-starters if you want. Technically as of now you could have all of the Cleveland QB's on your roster and not have a starter..
