July 30, 201412 yr I'm in the market for a nicer used car (and incidentally selling a fair condition 2004 Elantra if anyone needs a cheaper car for the next couple of years). I like the Cadillac CTS for its reliability from what I've read. Anyone own one? What are the pro's and con's?
July 30, 201412 yr Get a V! I have looked at them, the majority of the reviews I have read are positive. But you are a little young for a Caddy.
July 30, 201412 yr My mom has the V and it's a great car, plenty of get up and go. From the outside you wouldn't think so, but the backseat is pretty roomy.
July 30, 201412 yr You need a School Bus? How often have you ridden in one? Backseat is cramped.
July 30, 201412 yr How often have you ridden in one? Backseat is cramped. Very few cars that aren't cramped, but the CTS I rode in was fine.
July 30, 201412 yr Very few cars that aren't cramped, but the CTS I rode in was fine. I ride in a CTS on an almost daily basis. It's much smaller than it appears.
July 30, 201412 yr I ride in a CTS on an almost daily basis. It's much smaller than it appears. I agree, My mom bought one around 2002 and traded it in on a newer one around 2011/12. It's nice car and works great for her but I wouldn't own it, I need a school bus.
July 30, 201412 yr Author Mex has skinny arms, shouldn't be an issue. Can't be thick and full everywhere, Ru.
July 30, 201412 yr Author Mex, we need to know more about what you need/want in a vehicle? I wanted a car that I actually liked. I've never had one. I've always had cars that were out of necessity. I saw that everyone and their brother either drives one of these or Mustang and felt like feeling like a cool kid. I do like the look and the reliability of it over a used BMW or Mercedes.
