Ummmm...dang I know who it is and will be ticked off at myself if I'm wrong here...but I'm gonna say Jerry West...though I'm not convinced I'm right.

....

 

If I was offering a serious guess I'd say it is Johnny Oldham, head coach of WKU when they went to the Final 4 in 1971 (or thereabouts).

I'm usually pretty good with these things too. I know I know who it is...and JW popped in my head but wasn't convinced...just can't seem to pin it down.
