July 8, 201412 yr Other than 1 BMW, I've been Ford or GM my entire life. Every vehicle I ever owned, has now or had in excess of 125,000 miles on them when I sold them and all still ran great.
July 8, 201412 yr They may have been built in Lafayette, Indiana, not Georgetown. 30-40K Camry's are built each year in Lafayette. Cool thing I noticed when I bought my Camry...the sticker said it was manufactured in Georgetown, KY. It was my first brand new car, so that may not be a big deal, but I found it quite cool.

July 9, 201412 yr Cool thing I noticed when I bought my Camry...the sticker said it was manufactured in Georgetown, KY. It was my first brand new car, so that may not be a big deal, but I found it quite cool. Yes it is - it 2007 Toyota began producing some Camry's in Indiana and the SIA plant, in addition to Georgetown. In 2016 though all Camry's produced in the US will be built in Georgetown once again.
