He was referring to the b-ball coach that resigned so that there was an open position which Foust filled.

There should be some movement later this week on the soccer coach front.

I'm not sure NDA is any more difficult a place to coach than any other high school where there is a tradition of excellence in athletics. Many of the players that attend NDA have played their sports at relatively high levels prior to high school, so the players and parents all have high expectations for their high school sports programs.

Hi expectations are great, both academically and athletically. And maybe NDA is not more difficult to coach than any other place but guys like this would give any school a bad reputation. It's not about high expectations..........it's about nutty parents. I'm an NDA supporter by the way and this is strictly about the v-ball issue. I'm not saying this kind of behavior is going on in bball or soccer.

i think it is more about the money. Private schools cannot compete with what the clubs are paying their coaches.

I believe the D license is the tough one to get. Don't all select coaches have the E license? I'm not sure as I never got the license.

The E is the entry level license. Easy for almost anyone to get. Doesn't mean he won't be a great coach.
