I've saw where a lot of team doctors are screaming stay away at their GM's. He has same foot injury that has derailed a lot of big guys' career in the past.

I'm not even figuring LeBron into my calculations if I'm in the Cavs front office. How can LeBron EVER go back and play for Gilbert after the stuff he pulled? Am I out on a limb here? I can't imagine him going back to Ohio...

 

Yeah, talk about a lesson in losing graciously - I wonder if Gilbert regrets how he handled himself with LeBron. Think about how different it would feel now if Gilbert had said, "I wish we could have put a title winning team around LeBron and wish he would have stayed with us to try and make it happen."

Magic would take Jabari at 1 I'm told. But deal isn't done. Cavs were just gauging value of 4th & 12th pick. Sixers also upping offer for 1

^Something tells me the Cavs won't make the #1 pick. Acquiring assets to flip to Minnesota? Maybe trying to acquire depth to try and lure LeBron?

Looks like the Magic just traded Affalo to Denver for Fournier and 56th pick. Seems like pretty low value to me, there had to be better offers out there than that? Wasn't an Afflalo/Bledsoe swap in the works last year?

I don't know how much value Afflalo really has. He's a nice piece for an established team that needs a veteran. If anyone would have traded Bledsoe for him they should lose their job on the spot. I don't really get the Magic side of this either. It's not like he's really expensive.

That's what I'm saying, they traded him for peanuts essentially. I would have just held on to him and worked something better than that, I could have seen a mid first rounder for him.

 

I know they are probably trying to open up more playing time for Oladipo, Mo Harkless and Tobias Harris but not sure this was the way to do it.

Affalo is actually a pretty nice player. He's a guy thats going to do a little bit of everything. I won my fantasy basketball league last year and he was a big reason why.

The deal with the Cavs and Magic for the #1 pick is dead. Afflalo would have been a part of that.

Fournier didn't play a ton but I remember watching him a few times. I think he will be pretty good.

No doubt about it. I would love him on the Heat, Clippers, Blazers, etc.
