All I said was that something was said between Jax and Juice. I didn't say Jax lets him live. Obviously something is said at some point between the two about something for that sequence to take place regardless of how it ends.

I think they are going along with him because of the Tara Murder, that and the fact that every group they were associated with in one way or another wanted to kill them. Jax juggling routine is keeping them alive...for now!

Jax is smart. But he's become his own worst enemy in thinking he's smarter than he is. But he doesn't care.

 

I agree that it's odd that they're just following Gemma's story, but at the same time, if my mom said someone killed my husband and she witnessed it, I'd believe her before all else.

I had that same conversation with my wife as we watched it today (on DVR). In addition, there are way too many major crimes going on in such a small town for this to be even plausible. That being said, every TV show/movie asks you to suspend disbelief, and takes a lot of liberties with what is truly possible and what makes sense. SOA is crazy, ridiculous, far fetched, and I love it.
