Mason County won the eight team Division 1 Freshman State Tournament at the KBA today. Mason defeated Louisville Focus in the final 54-42 holding the Focus to 42 after they scored 80 the game before. I believe Mason was the only school team their. Mason was coached by Brian "Rabbitt" Littleton and led a team of 6 Freshman and three Eighth graders. Team Includes Briana McNutt, Whitney O'Mara, Maddie Boone, Brianna Littleton, Madison Butler, Kara Moran, McKayla Highfield, Jacklyn Poe and Haley May. The sky os the limit for these girls. Congrats girls!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to the young Lady Royals!

Rabbit is a great coach and an even better guy! Congrats to him and the girls!

Yes these girls played really well in this game. Louisville FOCUS also had some pretty good talent on the court, many of them being 8th graders.

Rabbit is our driver at work and it's always a pleasure to talk basketball with him. Great coach and very proud of his young lady royals. As well as being a great coach he is an even better person. :thumb:
