May 16, 201412 yr I'd highly recommend Dyers on Beale Street if you're looking for a burger spot. Extremely good. Rendevous has amazing ribs Do not leave Memphis without eating at Rendezvous. It is in an alley downtown, but wow it is worth the trip. Last year my boss and I were in Memphis for lunchtime only. We went to Rendezvous around 1:00 and they told us they didn't serve lunch. However, they saw we were disappointed and set a table for us and served us. That was more than anyone could expect. My boss showed his appreciation handsomely, which he should have.
