Northern GA, near Chattanooga, TN. I forgot the name of the school. Nate is coaching near Atlanta.

Good deal. Couple nice programs in that area. I wonder if it is Calhoun? Calhoun is a small school powerhouse in Georgia and has produced a great number of D-1 players. They have a legendary Head Coach. Would be nice landing spot for a player like McPeek looking to improve his D-1 stock and get exposure.

 

I know of a Private School outside Athens that would LOVE to have the McPeek's show up at their door HAHA They even run a similar offense to what Fairview was doing.

Nate is at Tucker HS as the O-Line coach and assistant head coach. Big time program in GA that runs the wing t (both UC and from the spread, but it's still wing t..just smoke and mirrors). I'm happy as can be for him. It wouldn't surprise me one bit (and, I couldn't blame him) to see him follow in the footsteps of many coaches who have left our state and gone south (and, they won't be back for a while, if ever, either). Better pay (teaching and coaching), ridiculous talent levels, facilities, programs as a whole, etc.

Tucker is the real deal and an absolute factory for D-1 players.

 

There is really no program in Kentucky you can compare Tucker to. Maybe a Male or Central if they ran the Wing T and had a few more elite athletes.

I won't name names, but they are close to the Ashland program. I happened to be doing some work for them and overheard them talking to an assistant coach at a local program and another person close to Ashlands program about football season. It was mentioned that Ashland lost a good one, but they knew he wouldn't stay from the beginning. Once the coach and other person close to Ashland left, I asked them if it was McPeak and they said yeah, I asked where he went and was told Russell and they they are going to be loaded the next few years.

 

From a business standpoint I can't say who it came from, it could ruin our business relationship, and I'm sorry if I posted something that's not true, but I did say that I cannot confirm it. That said I don't usually post things I "hear" however it came from people that would know. It may have been miscommunication I don't know. I see them often though so I will ask again when I see them, it appears it has already been cleared up though.
