CCH pitched Hentz and Eckerle.

 

All 4 pitched well.

It's my understanding that Highlands has pitched all 8th graders in the tourney.

 

St Henry has pitched some 8th graders as well.

Busy day for the Birds baseball program. Good thing Varsity doesn't have a game scheduled.

HHS v. NCC in JV Tourney has been cancelled for 5.14.14.

Freshmen Championship game is cancelled for this evening. No makeup field/time has been set yet.

HHS v. NCC in JV Tourney has been cancelled for 5.14.14.

 

Rescheduled to 5.15.14 at Highland Park.

I assume all of the tournament games were canceled this evening due to the rain. With rain expected through tonight and into tomorrow, it's possible a lot of games will not be made up tomorrow evening. If this is the case, does anyone know if will they continue to push the dates back and play the JV Championship game next week or is it possible they will have teams play multiple games on Saturday? Is there a date the JV tournament needs to be finished by?

Not sure what the plan is but I do know they have to be finished on Saturday due to state rules.

Freshmen finals are now Friday at 730 at SK.

Two updates I just got recently concerning the JV tournament:

 

Conner/Holy Cross will play tomorrow, 5PM @ Conner

Highlands/NCC will play tomorrow, 5PM @ Morscher

Did beechwood and simon kenton get their JV game in today.

Yes SK won 13-3. Ryle was supposed to play behind it but did not. I keep getting conflicting reports from people what is going on.

 

I expect a game at Ryle today for sure to complete that game.

 

Anyone help?
