Can someone explain that since the Supreme Court ruled this foolish idea into law how OBAMA can keep delaying the law.

Question still applies though. In October he who rules via his John Hancock told anyone who would listen that his "signature" legislation couldn't be delayed. Where does that rank in the Obama list of lies. More or less Pinocchio's then "if you like your plan you can keep your plan"?

Law suit just made it through the 11th Federal Court.

 

Obama does not have authority to change the law. He is not a legislator yet he is trying to legislate from the executive branch.

 

He is not an elected king, even though he may think he is.

 

He is smart about one thing though. There is a difference between being illegal and being able to enforce the law. He knows it will take a long time and many courts to stop him.
