Randy Parker Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 39th District championship game from Brooksville. Lady Bears dominated from the tip to the final horn.
Randy Parker Posted February 28, 2014 Author Posted February 28, 2014 Bailey Cummins led all scorers with 27. Emma Conley chipped in with 11 & Brooke Woods 10. Whitney O'Mara led Mason County, but I'm not sure how many she had. I think maybe 14. Alivia Bierley had 10 & 10. Key to the game was the box-and-1 that Mason County never did figure out. Bracken chased Butler out of that set & it took the Lady Royals out of their game. Bracken wins their 3rd 39th District championship in 4 years.

bigblueinsanity Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Mason County was flat from the start. They made a run at Bracken County in the third quarter and cut the lead to 9 points but Bracken County answered. Coach Kelsch had an great game plan and his team was focused all the way.
