Liza Tibbs of Dixie Heights HS scored a career high 41 points and added 13 rebounds in Dixie's win last night. She was 14/16 from the field and 13/14 from the line. Congratulations to Liza on an outstanding performance.

Impressive effort. Does big sis still have bragging rights when it comes to career high?

Yes. 48 points. Still pretty close.

Fantibbulous, 41 and 48. Congrats to the girls. I can't even imagine how sore your hands must get from clapping.

What is in the drinking water there in Edgewood? That school is producing some scorers, that is awesome. Congrats!!!

Really???? Great comment. Maybe had something to do with Papa's job? You know this and you feel it necessary to make this comment? That's the kind of thing those guys say on the radio to inflame the listeners....we have a winner!

It is what it is. You do know her father was the Principal at Dixie? Mr Tibbs was a big supporter of Scott while Lauren was there and did a lot for the girls program (I know, my daughter played briefly with Lauren and I spent quite a few Bengals games working next to him). He explained on here once before why Liza chose to attend Dixie, and really it's not any one's business as to why she made that choice. Kenton County has open enrollment......nothing we can do about that. There are plenty of kids that choose to open enroll at Scott too. You're going to lose a few, but you're going to gain a few too. It just so happens that this one is pretty good.

Just wanted to give a shout out for Liza's great performance. Not trying to stir the pot on any other issues.

Great job! How many assists in the game. Sounds like the team is rounding into shape.

Congrats to Liza, 41 points is hard to do at any level.
