Alivia Bierley led Mason Co. with 23 points and 16 rebounds and McKenzie Butler added 19 points. Mason County played without the services of Maddie Boone and came out with a very nice win. God Job Lady Royals.

Brutal 2 day stretch for the Lady Indians with back-to-back trips to Brooksville and then Maysville.

Nice win! Mason plays my Birds tonight at Mason. Has anyone seen both teams and willing to share how this will match up. I think Mason if pretty young, but their young players are good! We've played them in AAU before. HHS is fairly young themselves. Just have no idea what the matchup will look like.

Butler is an outstanding guard & Bierley is a force down low--not tall, but as strong as they come. The team is built around those two seniors. I haven't seen all the other top girls teams in the 10th, but I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better point guard/center combination than Mason County's.

Thanks! I'm traveling for business, so I won't be able to make this one. But heard rumors they will be internet broadcasting this one from Mason. Just not sure the Birds can win this one without me yelling from the...I mean without my support! :jump:

I also think they have a very solid 8-9 player and beyond rotation that makes them very dangerous.
