This was filmed shortly before my first ever major concert in 1981 on Ted's "Intensities In Ten Cities" tour at the Riverfront Coliseum (now the US Bank Arena) with Krokus and Blackfoot as the warmups.

Had a helluva time getting my parents to let me go considering that "The Who Concert Tragedy" was still very fresh in everyone's mind.

Tickets were about 8 bucks which was normal at the time for big arena shows. This was before service charges were invented for everything imaginable like "The sky is blue" - $5, "You're breathing the free air" - $5, etc etc etc...

Ted swung out to the stage on a vine like Tarzan in a leopard loincloth. Dude was crazy. The show rocked.

Joe Bonamassa and Rock Candy Funk Party doing an instrumental version of "Fly Like An Eagle"

I'm disappointed with the new Black Keys album. It does not rock at all and no sign of the raw quality in their early albums. Working with Brian Burton (Danger Mouse) has taken them to this point. It's not bad, just not what I'm looking for.

If you like this song you'll like the album...
