Final

Hc Controlled the game from the get go. You could tell the officals must read BGP because Scruggs picked up 2 cheap ones away from the ball. Eifert kept Howard and check. I think Howard had at the most 11 points?

Some may argue Howard was the best player on the court (I would disagree). But the fact was HC was better at the other 4 positions.

Corey Sorrel has made this team, a whole different team. Came in and hit three 3's off the bench. HC is playing the most unselfish I've seen HC in a long time.

To bad the best two teams in the 9th square off in the first round of districts.

P.S. Sharp is not 6ft, he is 5'10.

Holy Cross

Dixie

SK/Scott

As I said in the previous thread, HC is the best of this bunch and there is a big gap between HC and Scott.

Can I assume that BigStud was right in that the Howard kid wasn't going to "kill" HC? Scruggs and Eifert play good D.

wheres tiger at lol

Congrats to HC. They have come together very nicely and it's a shame that HC and CovCath both do not make it to the 9th region tourney. This is definitely the best HC squad in a while.

BTW, no one from CCH is happy to see HC rolling.

BTW, no one from CCH is happy to see HC rolling.

CCH is playing good ball also.

The best two teams right now are CCH and HC. HC is playing very unselfish , its hard to pick one person to stop. If they shoot like they have as of late, its very hard to guard them, because everyone on the floor besides Scruggs and Eifert will hit a 3.

The Scott perimeter D was very soft. Plenty of wide open 3's for the Indians...

I didn't understand the zone against an HC team that excels at 3point shooting.

How did Busse do?

HC has definitely moved into my top 4 without a doubt. Right now my top 4 are:

1a)Highlands

1b) CovCath (both teams are close, but HHS is ahead at this point, even after losing to HC)

1c) Holy Cross (closer now to both these teams, including a win over Highlands, and first round with CCH will be a battle)

4) Holmes (Falling off the radar, but still Holmes and I think they can pull it together)

I see that none of the Scott posters have much to say after this loss. Very impressive win for HC, I think we all could see it coming.

How did Busse do?

Buried a 3 early to shut the crowd up. They were chanting traitor by the 2nd half they never said a word. He didn't score alot but played most the pg tonight and was very solid.

Either Corey Sorrel or Jimmy Ryan were leading scorers.

Haha that is a pretty good cheer though, have to admit. Obviously not phased though. Great kid, glad he had a solid night.
