12 & 8 for Ray Spalding. Daniel Ramser leads the Rocks with 13.

The game was not pretty. DeSales within 10 most of the fourth quarter. Not sure why Spalding was benched.

Trinity must have had JV commitment elsewhere. At least three players were missing from bench. Down at least two coaches as well.

???? It was a very good game to watch. DeSales has a very nice team. Spalding didnt play the second quarter because of foul trouble. The last two players on the bench were not there because of a JV game, like what does that even matter they never see the court in a varsity game anyways.

Spalding again just went thru the motions. Chase Shellman got the opening tip from him and actually outplayed Spalding.. Again, I have now idea what "thsrocks" was expecting but DeSales has a nice ballteam and to beat them by 15 was impressive. They were up 20 several times.

45: Daniel Ramser had 13 points, Ray Spalding added 12 points and eight rebounds and the second-seeded Shamrocks (12-2) seized a big early lead, then held off the 18th-seeded Colts (12-5).

Trinity, No. 5 in The Courier-Journal’s Litkenhous Ratings, led 24-7 early in the second quarter, but DeSales got within 29-20 at halftime. The Shamrocks then went ahead 54-34 in the fourth before letting the Colts score 10 straight and bring a little cause for concern.

That was gracoius of Trinity for "letting" DeSales score 10 points . . .

The Colts had asked for 15 but Trinity only wanted to let them have 10.

When you're 6'9 and can obviously score and your teammates rarely pass you the ball but you watch everyone else get some of the pie it would show in your play as well.
