Really? Show me where I said they'd win the super bowl etc. this was the first year I said I thought they may win a playoff game, may being the key word. Never said they would last year or the year before. So show me where I was wrong about how they'd do.

 

What I do get mad about is you taking credit for is when you act as if you were right about things such as Dalton etc. when in fact you finally start saying things I've been saying for years about him etc.

so please explain once again how the most talented team loses again to a 6 seed team in their first playoff game again. It can't be because of a horrible coach, you made it perfectly clear he isn't. So it must be because the "Talent" just wasn't good enough to get it done. How could that be though? We were the most talented team.

I said Dalton could get better and deserved have until after year 3 before making a true judgement on him. I used Brees as the example because he was someone very similar fell to 2nd round because of his height and arm strength. He is someone who struggled even more than Dalton in his first 3 years, and now he is a future hall of famer. I said we should wait to judge Dalton because people do get better and Brees was the perfect example. Never said he would be as good as Brees, even though you like to believe that in your own little world and still waiting for you to show me that because you never have and never can because I never have said he would be.

 

Its pretty easy to explain how the most talented team lost. Its because of an average coach and poor QB play. I already also explained to you how in a one and done situation the most talented team a lot of team does lose. Your one an done things proves nothing, because the Pats are no where close to being as talented but yet they are in the AFC Championship. Shows that there is more to it. So my statement of them being the most talented since the 80's still rings true and backed up by their play this year even with injuries, and backed up by many others thinking that too. Also my statement about them going as far as Dalton could take them also was proven true. If Dalton had played a good game or even a decent game and they lost you may have something in your argument. However since he sucked, you have nothing. So checkmate, game over. Move on.

Show me where I said they would since I never said it. Its funny you like to apply things like they are actually said and interupt them how you want. Yet I take exactly what you say and show you when you are wrong, and you flip out like that one day lol. That is the difference here I will actually take things that you say and use that. You like to add on to things that are never said by me, and then act like they were said. Just like when this all started two years ago when you said many times that I called the Bengals a great team, and never did. Always ask you to prove it that I said it and you never can. Yet when I bring up exact things you have said and use them against you, and show you those exact things, you flip out.

 

Your right you never said they would win the Super Bowl, and I never said that you said that. However you did seem to truly think going into the Minnesota game that they would find away to miss the playoffs. You did say that this team didn't get any better by keeping their own players last off season. You did say they should have signed a #2 receiver that they would have had to overpay for. You did say that there was no reason to think the Bengals got better than the Ravens this off season even though I argued that they did. Which all those things happend and proved that I was right or definitely more right than you were.

Your right in the fact that I definitely can't prove it, just like you can't prove it otherwise. All I know is I went from saying that before the season started. To all of a sudden a lot of other bengal fans started saying it, and also many NFL people also said it. They also still said it after the loss and how they have the talent but the play of Dalton is hurting them. So neither of us could prove anything, all I know is a lot more people started to see what I see as the season went on, than people seeing what you thought about them and not being the most talented. I bet you would be hard pressed to find someone who also would agree with your stance that the 2005 team was more talented.

Ohhhh so now you are taking credit for coming up with the thought that the Bengals were the most talented team. Hmmm I seem to remember it quite different. I seem to remember just like many things you said last year and when I questioned you on what you said you always seemed to give us quotes from analysts and reporters etc. the exact same thing about the most talents garbage. When we would debate that you would give quotes of reporters etc. who said that. You serious? Shoot most national experts with no bias one way or another even say this is probably the most talented team in the nfl. I know l know since I said it you have to disagree. However when is the last time people have said this is most talented team in the league since maybe the super bowl teams. Your bias of negative also effects your opinion. You know its saying something when you have to try to change your whole argument around to now well you don't think for yourself haha. Just go look back at who was the only one really defending Carson when he was here, I have the post to prove it. No one else was sharing the same arguments as me. Just go back to the Bengals a few years ago, everyone around here and around the nation thought the Bengals would be terrible. People around the NFL prejected them to be the worst in the NFL. I clearly stated reasons why I thought they would do well, even though no one else thought that. I know I know you have said you also thought that, but guess what once again I can prove what I say and I came out here and said exactly my thoughts, you weren't around yet. So maybe you did maybe you didn't. So I can prove that I base my thoughts on what I see, not on what others think.

 

However the thing that has happened is that now others also have seen what I have seen and now share the same opinion of me. Many people on here can back me up because before you ever joined I have been right on the current makeup on the team. So now that others see how talented they are, that means I am taking what they say haha. I point out how others also thought that to show you that you were not the realistic one and that showed by how you thought they would have only won 6 to 7 games last. So I was not looking through orange shaded glasses, I was the realistic on how the team was. With what I said ended up being what happened. Talented team but would depend on Dalton.

 

So give it up man, its checkmate game over. Move on. Last off season we disagreed and most of the things you said ended up being wrong compared to the things I said. Its over with now. Now this off season we actually probably agree on stuff because Marvin should have been fired and they need to draft another QB. I base what I say on what I see and what I know, and what I see now is a team who should have fired their coach which we agree on.

Which by the way that threads points out exactly what I said a few weeks ago. You had no problem basically calling me out on things, and even started threads based off what I said. Which was right after the very first regular season game haha another overreaction. I know I know you will say you were just pointing out to people in general and not just me because you want to try to cover your tracks and make it look like your not calling someone out. When basically everyone on here also knew exactly why you started that thread right then based off of what I had said ha. You try to hide your shots at me but you know exactly what your doing. I at least say exactly who I am responding to if shooting down something you have said. You ended up seeing for yourself the overall talent on this team as the season went on, except at the QB spot. Thanks for also bringing that thread up to prove my point on that too.

Now I am done with discussing things from the past offseason because the match is already over, as I said its already checkmate for you so nothing else to discuss. So I will leave any disagreements or agreements now to this off season stuff.
