Rest of team....3 shots made....25 missed...... horrible shooting from the supporting cast.. I think they were very intimidated... everytime they had a shot in the lane.. they second guessed or lost the ball because they had made a doo doo down their leg. Mayo and Walker had great games...despite but the rest of the gang was very rattled.

Does anyone even consider the fact that when OJ and Bill leave this NCH program the revenge that is going to be exacted on this small school for years to come!! :thumb:

Bottom line when half your starters wouldn't start for most teams in NKY, yoru gonna struggle against elite competion. Not to mention when yoru star guard is guarding post players.

Bad typing aside, how many at UC would start for others in the BEast? HS thread or not, that's just the facts...

Would the 6'11 kid that was kicked off the team recently had made a difference in the game for North Hill? I believe he was averaging 14 ppg.

 

I think that NCH got beat on the boards. They got their one shot off and #20 or #30 for Oak Hill grabbed the rebound. These two also had a lot of put backs on the offensive end. Having a presence inside would have helped NCH tremondously. I think it would have been close the whole game and much more exciting.

 

The best rebounders for NCH had to get back on defense leaving the other three to try to rebound against the big men. That was the difference in the game. I would have liked to see NCH with the big man, but respect the coach for standing up to one of the stars.

Not that NCH would have won with the Ellis kid but the game would not looked or be played the same ......... They had to use O J @ the 3 and not @ the 1 ....... He is 6'6 but @ 3 is not his game ..... With a 6'11 shot blocker and could rebound and then you have O J being the ball up 1st half and not just in 2nd half and posting up a 6'1 guard ?????? .... That was the reason that O J was missing so many shots the 1st half and it is hard to understand that he play that long playing inside and out and taking that many shots !!! HE IS THE REAL DEAL !!!!! ALSO Steve Smith is the REAL DEAL ALSO !!!

UC isn't going to beat UConn or Duke either.

 

NCH can win most games with just Mayo and Walker, but against the elite they can't.

At one point in the 2nd half, 26 of Oak Hill's 34 2nd half points came in the paint.
