I love to hear about people like this who make a difference as they go through life. Thanks.

Mustang,

Heading to Hialeah/Gulfstream this spring? Bout time for the ponies to be kicking in!

Unfortunately (or fortunately) Hialeah shut down some years ago - beautiful race track located in a war zone. Glad I had the chance to experience it.

The best I can do right now is play Gulfstream via ITW at River Downs which I try to do a few days a week.

Looks like I'll still be tied up in hoops next year again, but perhaps the following year I might be able to make some time available to check out the new digs.

I didn't realize how lucky I was to be able to spend the time I did down there over the past years, especially 1995 when I was there for the entire meet and stayed at a delightful little place called the Ocean Roc, where you could go fishing right out the back door. Those were the days!!!

I have had the priviledge of knowing Benny for a long time. He is one of the classiest people I have ever met and I consider it an honor to be his friend. :thumb:

I've known Benny for as long as i can remeber, his sons Mike and Mark happened to be very good friends.Mark and myself grew up together playing sports. To go on about Benny would take to long to talk about him. So to make it short he is a man that every man wish they could be like. Benny hats off to you what a guy, your the greatest Ben.

I don't know the family tree but did have the pleasure of meeting Mark Clary last spring and coaching his boy on a Spring Basketball team. They are really nice family.

Mr. Clary is a wonderful man. Graduating with Futurecoach, I felt much of the same pride to have him representing our class at the Homecoming Parade. My fondest thoughts of Mr. Clary lie within his kindness and devotion to not only Ludlow athletics, but to the town and school also. No matter what the situation, he always makes time to say hello and make you feel welcome. It is a great privilege to have been able to know such a great man, and I as well as all other members of the Ludlow community are extremely grateful for all that he does.

I am proud to say I know Benny, and he is 2nd to none in my book when it comes to High School support. (sorry BIGZIG....you're 2nd!). Few schools including ours are fortunate enough to have someone as loyal day in and day out! Our hat's off to you Benny! :ylsuper:

Benny is by far number 1 and whomever is 2nd would have to be a very distant 2nd at best. :thumb:

Benny is a great man. I dont know any other way to put it. He is an amazing fellow.
