Frankfort fan base only bringing the die hards tonight. Perhaps the smallest groups I can remember for a sub state game.

Maybe they don't believe.....

Frankfort will get the ball 1st to start the game. Not sure if they won the toss and elected to receive or if Mayfield won the toss and elected to defer to the 2nd half.

Frankforts 1st possession, they gain a couple of yards on 1st down, lose 2 on a screen and on 3rd and 10, the QB loses the ball and the Cards recover in great field position.

The Cards pick up 1 1st down on the turnover, but, ends up having to settle for a 29 yd f/g to go up 3-0.

Frankfort gets the ball at the Cardinal 30 yd line to start there 2nd drive.

Acree picks up 20 to midfield for the Panthers 1st 1st down of the night.

After a couple of short pickups, the Panthers have a 4th and 5 at the 45 yd line and they opt to punt.. Great punt that they down on the 1 yd line.

On 1st down, Mills picks up 2 yds to the 3 yd line, On 2nd and 8, Guhy to Kennemore for 6 yds, on 3rd and 2, Mills picks up 6 yards to the 15 for a Cardinal 1st down..

 

Mills picks up 5 more on 1st down to the 20. An incomplete pass on 2nd down. On 3rd and 5, Guhy hits Jackson for a 1st down to the 38 yd line. Mayfields on the move..

 

The Cards pick up a couple more 1st downs into Panther territory and Frankfort calls time out, as they're on there heels right now.

Frankfort sacks Guhy and he has to come out of the game, hopefully, nothing serious. Landon Arnett in at QB for the Cards. That stalled the drive and the Cards are forced to punt. Another timeout for Frankfort.

1st and 10 Frankfort at there own 27 yd line.

Washington for no gain on 1st down, On 2nd and 10, an incomplete pass to Scott, On 3rd and 10, another incomplete pass thrown out of bounds, plus an ineligible receiver down field that's declined, bringing up another Panther punt.

Mayfield will get good field position to start at there own 45 yd line. Guhy's back in the game.
