The first three crews (each crew did two games back to back) called a ton of fouls but the third crew must have not gone to the meeting or read their E-mail, as they called a completely different games than the first three crew.

It's going to be a problem, if one crew calls the game as the National Federation of States Assn HS rules require the game to be called and another crew doesn't see fit to call it the way the new rules require it to be.

What new rules? There are none. The National Federation rules haven't changed. It is my understanding that there has been no mandate handed down from the KHSAA to call the game like the college officials.

Well most of the refs were talking about it at the scrimmages tonight. One even said tell your wife you will be home later from the games this year, there is going to be a whole bunch of fouls called. Others simply referred to it as calling it like the college game. Not sure it is a rule change as much as an enforcement change.

How did Augusta look?

Augusta looked good, the Bach kid was one of the best on the floor all day. They did get worn down by Cooper so I don't think they have much depth at this time of the season. If I am not mistaken they won the first half.

Augusta looked very good. I agree Bach was outstanding. Looks like his speed and strength has improved even more. After 1 half Augusta was up 33-27. Second half was 47-36 in favor of Cooper. Agree Cooper was just too deep. I think Augusta does have one more contributor that didn't play, but as typical in a school as small as Augusta, a deep bench is a luxury that rarely happens.

Daulton Mason doesnt play at Mason County. He transferred to Lewis Co. You are probably referring to Dorian Henry and he is a stud. You will hear his name lot this season. Also Cameron Jones is no longer at Mason either....So not sure who you are confusing him with.

But, you are correct when say Mason didnt have any football players at todays game.

Definitely think he will be showing up on a lot of teams radar as the season progresses.
