Will it be called this tight in the regular season? Lots of fouls from everyone.

While I like playing physical basketball I do hope the officials call it somewhat tight in order to let the offenses get some flow. I wasn't there so I can't comment on how tight they were calling it today but we have to stop the GCL style basketball.

I didn't see to many fouls when I was there.

Daulton Mason doesnt play at Mason County. He transferred to Lewis Co. You are probably referring to Dorian Henry and he is a stud. You will hear his name lot this season. Also Cameron Jones is no longer at Mason either....So not sure who you are confusing him with.

But, you are correct when say Mason didnt have any football players at todays game.

Count me in as being impressed with MC, too.

They have a nice inside game with Shawn Johnson at the 5 and the very athletic Daulton Mason at the 4.

Steady pg play with Cameron Jones and two solid guards in Dee Johnson and the #24 who looks like a miniature Joahkim Noah.

Mason CO could be better than some think. They were missing all of their football guys and played with just 6 varsity players.

For Covcath, Ruthsatz was his normal self. Probably had around 20 ppg. Really liked how well Mark Schult played down low and Bo Schuh was aggressive around the rim.

VonHandorf struggled some and I'd be surprised if he was in the starting lineup the first month, but he will be a nice player for the Colonels as the season progresses.

Schumate also had a couple 3's for the Colonels and Cooper Theobald gave some nice minutes as well. Coach Ruthsatz feels comfortable going 10 deep this year, regardless of the opponent.

The first three crews (each crew did two games back to back) called a ton of fouls but the third crew must have not gone to the meeting or read their E-mail, as they called a completely different games than the first three crew.

It's going to be a problem, if one crew calls the game as the National Federation of States Assn HS rules require the game to be called and another crew doesn't see fit to call it the way the new rules require it to be.

The names I was thinking of were:

#23...I assume Dorian Henry. Khsaa site states something different. But very good athlete. Blocked a couple shots.

#25...Antwavon Williams. Solid pg that was tough at both ends.

#5...Kamryn Caudill. Lights out shooter off the bench that didn't miss.

#24... John Greenhill. Lit it up from outside. Rebounded well. Played good defense. High motor kid.

And of course #3 Dee Johnson but I knew who he was before the game.

Mason County/SK game Dec 6th should be a good one.

The refs for the last 2 games did a great job.
