IMO, Highlands is head and shoulders above the field and after the 1st 8 teams, 4A really falls off the map. I look at it like this:

 

Highlands - Outstanding team

 

Boyle Co, Lex Cath, Cov Cath, Collins, JCentral - Very good teams

 

Russell Co, Owensboro - Good teams

 

Everyone else way below the above teams.

Does the Top 10 represent roughly 30% of the entire class?
