1A District battle Friday night.

Winner likely gets the 3 seed in the playoffs.

Who wins and why?

I guess this might be the most competitive game in NKY this week. I would side with Dayton because of the Home field advantage at the quaint Davis Field.

Nothing "quaint" about Daytons field in my opinion. Place is a dump..Panthers 28 Devils 21

Big game. The loser will likely have to go to Frankfort in the first round, which is almost impossible. The winner will have a road game at Paris or Eminence, which they could conceivably win.

5 years ago, Davis Field was a great place to watch a H.S. football game. Then the prior administration let the field go. The same administration was investigated and found guilty of stealing and misusing funds.

GreenDevils dominated them last year and hope the Devils make it 2 in a row, but they are banged up. Hope both teams fight hard and come out healthy.
