The more I've thought about it Walt and Casetllini are most responsible. Ludwick, BP, Broxton and Votto have terrible extensions. Bruce's is great. Rolen trade ended up brutally lopsided. Chapman not moving to starter. They can blame Dusty but they could have changed that. Not blocking the Byrd move to Pittsburgh. Dusty wanting a 1 year extension but getting 2. I'm sure I'm missing some others.
