Holmes by 20

I am leaning towards Holmes. I will say Bulldogs by at least 2 TD's. It is just a gut feeling because I don't know enough about either team to be able to support that. Holy Cross seems to be struggling for talent these days and Holmes never has a shortage of talent. I am interested in seeing the team Nevels puts on the field this year and how they execute.

This is a battle of Beal vs Scruggs. These 2 kids might be the best athletes in NKY this year. Otherwise, these teams are bad

Holmes' team speed will give Holy Cross a lot of problems.

I wouldn't be too quick to say that. Scruggs may be a little bit faster, but Beal is just as athletic and much more physical. I think Beal is the more complete player. I believe these two will cancel each other out. Someone else will have to step up from either team to win this one

Is Beal 100% healthy? Didn't he have an ongoing issue the last part of the season last year?

Beal was injury plaqued last year, but has been in very good shape this year

Still like Holmes' athletes v Holy Cross. More weapons, IMO.

Beal spent the summer playing on a traveling 7 on 7 team. He will be the difference maker in this game.

I have to put my money, what little I have on Holmes, I think they win going away, 20+
