Not a lot of tougher breaks for a senior than a torn ACL before the season starts. It's heartbreaking to say the least.

I agree PP92. I hate hearing about seniors losing that final season due to an injury. It just isn't right. All that hard work and you don't get a chance to put it on display on the field. Best wishes for a full recovery. Maybe he can find an opportunity in college so his football career doesn't end with this injury.

With football seemingly not an option this year and it being his senior year, I'd be inclined to let him go live with someone in BG and graduate with the kids he grew up with . It would be a hardship but I would personally probably allow it if I was his parent. In no way is that anything negative towards Boone. I'd say the same if it was reversed.

I agree. Get the operation and rehab started, then enjoy the senior year back "home".

Anyone know the timetable to recovery for the younger Griffith? Read on his twitter he is going to be rehabbing as hard as possible to play baseball for Boone, so that throws out the "back to BG" theory.

6-9 months if all goes well, like perfectly well.
