Is there a supplemental draft at the end of the draft for teams who will be short players because of trading picks or what have you and... for those who end up with too many players,do they have to drop at the end of the draft?

So if I have 14 players by the end of the 12th round, I forfeit my 13th and 14th round picks.

 

 

Teams that are short players just pick up off the FA pool afterwards I believe.
