November 4, 201312 yr I could see it but I think there are a lot of ways this storyline can play out. 1. Rick banishes Carol to prevent tension between the prison but it still happens because many disagree with Rick booting her. 2. Rick tells the group that he booted Carol for killing the two people and the actual murderer steps forward and says he was wrong and that (that person) did it. 3. Rick tells the group and not much is said about it outside of a few disagreements but everyone understands what had to be done. Carol comes back with another group to get the girls and all hell breaks loose because the new group tries to takeover the prison. 4. Carol meets up with the Governor?
November 4, 201312 yr Chris Jericho is really insightful on Talking Dead. A slight improvement from Marilyn Manson. :lol2:
November 4, 201312 yr Author I hope so. Rick's character is getting progressively worse on the show IMO. Pretty good episode tonight. I actually think he's getting better. He was bad in the last episodes last season, I think he's gotten progressively better throughout this season. He's coming to grips with what he needs to do and seems to be taking over again.
November 4, 201312 yr Author 4. Carol meets up with the Governor? I added that right after I posted..haha

November 4, 201312 yr Author I also think that Carol is dumb for trying to compare Rick killing Shane to her killing Karen and that other guy.

What Carl did with the kid in the woods was far worse than what Carol did. Rick is a walking contradiction IMO.
November 4, 201312 yr I also think that Carol is dumb for trying to compare Rick killing Shane to her killing Karen and that other guy. Yeah. Apples and oranges. Or from tonight's show---peaches and tomatoes.:lol2:

Rick is a walking contradiction IMO. I agree with that concept but I also believe Rick booted her for her own safety. Tyreese would have killed Carol and Rick wouldn't have stopped him. IMO he saved Carol.

November 4, 201312 yr Author Also, I don't like the new Carol. For one, killing Karen and the other guy is one thing but she went beyond killing them. A simple knife to the head would have sufficed but she killed them then burned them within the prison. Very poor taste and IMO it shows that her character is losing her touch with reality. She has no emotion and although she can make the quick decision (something that Rick struggles with now) it doesn't bode well at all times and she's just odd anymore.
November 4, 201312 yr Author I think this has been the best Talking Dead I've seen this season and maybe one of the top ones of the series.

There's no doubt Tyreese would get revenge, but I don't think that's why Rick kicked her out. He said he did this for himself. I just see Rick as this guy who brings on a slew of Woodburians, who have become a burden on resources. Carol seemed to be doing what was best for the group--Shane without all the Shaneness, if that makes sense.

Her character changes more than anybody in the comic book, even though it's in an entirely different way.
