June 14, 201313 yr Secondly, whoever they interviewed last night (someone with refereeing I believe) said the flop shouldn't have mattered because the foul was called before the flop.

If I was making 18 million a season I'd flop on Timmy all night and send in my check for the fines before I boarded the his back to the hotel. June 14, 201313 yr Flopping shouldn't incur a money fine unless they distribute them based on player salary. A player making league minimum will care about a 5k or 50k fine whereas Lebron, Kobe, etc. could care less.

I wasn't let down. For the record...this Miami team flops worse than any team in history and Duke's penchant for drawing charges isn't anything like this Miami team's flopping and flailing. The Dukies at least take the contact.

It would cost me a total of 4.40 per paycheck over the course of a year. My dental play runs me 9.00 per check. Big .00268% fine.

I could be wrong but I don't believe you get technicals in the NCAA for flopping either.
