Lots of rumors about Marceyls Jones from Glenville possibly flipping from Ohio State to UK.

OSU fans have said he's a definite because he is enrolling next week at Ohio State. As some old coach likes to say "not so fast, my friend."

Marcelys Jones isn’t sure if he’ll enroll early at Ohio State.

Jones, a four-star offensive lineman with interest in the Cats, told Scout.com he is still committed to the Buckeyes but hasn’t made up his mind whether or not he will enroll early. Jones said, ”I’m supposed to report to Ohio State next week, but I’m not sure if I am or not. I have to see what happens, and I’m not sure about going there next week just yet.” [scout]

Keep in mind Jones is rooming with Elam at the Army All-American Bowl this week. If Elam commits to the Cats on Saturday, you can bet he’ll put the pressure on Jones to flip and join him in Lexington.

Elam's announcement will be HUGE for UK and can have some immediate repercussions.

^Twitterverse is alive with rumors of Elam and 3 Ohio kids all announcing for Kentucky at the All-American Bowl Saturday. Would be a huge get if true.

There's also rumors swirling that his 2 teammates will also commit if he goes to UK. Both are four stars.

Jones and other OSU commits. He is full of drama and comes from the same program as Marcus Hall that a lot of UK fans were bashing a few weeks ago. Also, has a very similar personality as Hall.

If he is to go to UK it's because of the radical change Urban Meyer has brought to OSU and the state of Ohio.

What is the radical change?

Eric Smith from Glenville will not announce at the Army game.

What is the radical change?

That just because your a good player in Ohio doesn't mean you will get an offer or play early at OSU. Jones is concerned about PT with the other blue chips coming in around him. You have to recruit well outside of Ohio to beat the SEC ask Mr. Vest who relied on Ohio guys.

Urban and Ted Ginn have be working behind the scenes to determine the best place for Marcelys.

1. Are you saying Marcelys had an offer before Urban took over?

2. "Best place?"

I'm saying OSU has 4 lineman coming in Jones is Ranked 4/4 of the 4 coming in and he wants to play early...

So he is good enough for Alabama but OSU has to find a place for him?

The problem if you read my post in it's entirety is playing time for Jones..

They all do

Now that can be a problem when you come into a class with 3 who are better right? lol
