May 4, 201313 yr I get great pleasure on Saturday mornings after I do a long workout that starts early. Say I get up and bike 40 miles then run 10 miles and it is 10:00 a.m. when I am finished, it is a great feeling. I love it best during the fall because by the time I grab a bite to eat, take a shower, and having nothing left to do the rest of the weekend except watch football, I get great enjoyment from that. I need to rest after reading this.

May 4, 201313 yr My wife and I are both into music especially "fun" music. We love getting after it on the "dance floor" while the kids are home. It does two things : 1)shows them we're still young at heart and 2)makes them just a bit uncomfortable.
