I log the Breds into sidstats.com and that's where the Enquirer (nky.com) get the stats for the paper and online.

Brossart averages:

Susie .956

Kim .979

Sally 1.097

Estill County logs their stats in on Maxpreps. They also use game changer

Game Changer: https://www.gamechanger.io/t/spring-2013/ec-lady-engineers-varsity-512c31381645cf104bc7c21e (Never do live updates because where the field is located, you can't get wifi but they update it once the games are over and they get wifi)

I know and that is nice also. Just think it would be cool if every team in the state did it in one place.

Be cool if every team in the state logged their stats into here.

Thanks jmu. Going to try and get the Birds uploaded on both sites this weekend. We have a pretty good hitter that should be close to the top. Graybill has earned a little effort from me to do this. At .648 she seeing the ball pretty good.

:lol2: And this is just their top three. One thing for sure is either their fielding percentage is not real good or their ERA is pretty high, or both, because they seem to be giving up a lot of runs.

Male uses Gamechanger and it auto-uploads to Maxpreps. I still don't trust half of all high school stats, though.

I had a Mom get sideways with me earlier this season after I explained to her that her DD's hard ground ball to the RF, who then muffed the catch AND throw, was a solid single with a 2 base error, NOT a triple.

Lot of those Moms scattered through the state keeping stats.

"No, that is called a Fielder's Choice, not a hit"

I would say more people do a good job than bad....it does make you wonder sometimes though.

Most do, I agree. And I think the ones that are out there that are knowingly padding stats are an even smaller minority. I think "most" questionable stats come from ignorance rather than someone trying to be sneaky.

I agree with that...plus some are just hard to determine...its not uncommon that broadcaters disagree with the official scorekeeper...

The plays that bug me are when a player runs 30 feet in the outfield and on a dead run the balls hits off the glove and they say error then the next ball is hit 5 feet from another outfielder but she doesn't touch and they say hit bc it it didn't touch her glove.

That. :thumb: Couldn't agree more.
