This year's NCAA Tournament...

This year by anyone's standards was unique and not the norm. NKU is also probably a number of years from being ready to compete for the conference championship. Regardless of an offer, I doubt NKU has a serious chance at landing Hatton.

NKU finished .500 in the league in their first crack at Division I basketball. They couldn't play in the conference tourney but who knows what would've happened if they did.

Have they offered Hatton? Is he out of their range?
. I would think NKU needs players who can defend also. IMO
Are you saying Hatton is too good for NKU? I'm not sure you realize how good that conference is.

NKU's conference is one of the worst 3-5 in all D1....

insinuating that Brandon cant play defense? Brandon is good enough to play at NKU. He's looking to get out of the area to a bigger school.

I hope he gets the chance.

IMO he's not "too good" to play at NKU.

ASun conference power rating was 25 of 33 in 2012/13.

Winthrop is in the Big South. That conference was 30th.

I believe he will. Not a shot at NKU, just that he wants to get to a bigger school out of the area. We all know that NKU isn't a 'destination' school if youre from here unless you want to stay close to home and X or UC are not interested.

Hatton was the starting 2/3 on the #4 16u team last year and is now the starting 2 on what's currently the #9 17u team this year. Just guessing his defense and overall game are good enough for NKU, they just know that he's not interested.

I believe we heard a yr or two ago that they were, is that not correct?

X checked him out a few times and had him over for some games. Mack came to the Dixie/CCH game in 2011.

So yea, sounds like there was interest, and now there is not. Correct?
