This story is crazy.

They all must have been pretty drunk it seems. A few questions that need to be answered.

-2 beers, a shot of tequila and a whiskey and coke get you that incapacitated that when a college wrestler gets on top of you it doesn't register immediately?

-you raped a girl, get caught in the act by 2 girls, chase them upstairs and try to kick in the door to the locked room and then go back downstairs and pass out on the futon? Wasted.....

-weren't there a bunch of them playing drinking games at 1:30am? Those two girls and Pete Mesko were the only ones left at 4:45am? Where did everybody go?

-will the results of the rape kit not be known until the trial or are those results what determines whether or not there are charges?

Now I'm confused. This is why the article that I posted didn't make much sense.

Pete Mesko Arrested: Cornell Wrestler Charged With Rape After Victim?s Friend Took Picture Of Him After Incident - iSports Times That one makes much more sense. If this is true, and it sounds much clearer with these details. Now, I can see this happening. Unfortunately, I knew chumps in college that loved to take advantage of drunk girls. Absolute scums of the Earth. If that is what he did here, he needs to do some time.

IF that's how it happened, he deserves punishment.
