Hitting .364 in May.

Hope they move him up to Port Charlotte soon.

I read an article on the Rays organization. As a rule they like to leave a player with one team for an entire season.

Makes sense. I noticed that the catcher Luke replaced, Alejandro Segovia, has played 36 of the 42 Stone Crab games.

I was watching the post game of the Reds/Marlins game last week, on the Marlins network, and the heads were discussing how more and more teams are bringing kids straight up from AA and using AAA more for DL and working veterans and others that have already been in the majors. The Fish have some hot prospect with the Jacksonville Suns they were all agog about.

Thought about Luke right then, but he'd have to be in Port Charlotte.

Of course if the Rays follow that trend and bring up Segovia, that would open a spot for Luke. Wondering.

Slugging % .368, batting avg. 263 as of yesterday, last 10 games according to Hotrods site.

Hitting .260 for the year so far.

2 for 4 last night. Hit streak at 11 games.
