Big win for MC

I haven't seen Montgomery that much, but I think the depth is what hurts most teams... Most of the

pieces are interchangeable. Next man up so to speak and there's not much drop off when the next man

is in the game. It will take a bad night for them to not come out of the 10th.

INDIANS WIN AT AUGUSTA

The Montgomery County Indians went on the road and defeated Augusta 95-65 Wednesday night . The Indians shot 56% from the field which included 9 dunks. 4 players scored in double figures. Omar Prewitt led the way with 42, Bryan Wallace had 17, while Tyler Jones and Darius Jones had 10 each. Indian floor general Tyler Jones finished the game with 8 assist and 7 steals. The Indians had 10 blocked shots including 4 each by Omar and Chase Hall. The Indians dominated the boards, outrebounding the Panthers 42 to 21. Omar pulled 8 rebounds, Chase had 7 and Tanner Combs had 6 for the game.

Maybe I'm missing something but how is beating Augusta a big win for the biggest regional favorite in the state?

I don't think it's so much that they beat Augusta, but rather the manner in which it happened.

At neutral sites Augusta lost to a top team in the 9th Region (Cooper) by 13 & arguably the second best team in the 10th (Brossart) by 10.

Indians went to Augusta & won by 30.

Not many teams go to Augusta and win that convincingly.
