Sent from my DROID RAZR using Forum Runner I have gone to the farm to go shooting with the kids and the friend of the host's daughter came. But her parents said not to let her shoot at all. We gave her the basic safety training but did not let her fire a live round - honoring the parents instructions. I guess they did not want to say no but did not want her to actual fire. The daughter mainly uses a .22 when she shoots. But its too bad more girls do not get involved and get training. Obviously this girl has spent a lot of time on the range and even seems to have sponsors. 7 to make 5 at the range she did at the end was impressive. But so was her clearing the pistol when done - something all kids should know how to do.
