The Breds play some sloppy ball during the course of this one, but still manage to come away with the victory. Breds have an absolute PATHETIC 2nd quarter as they score on a Jake Schulte "stick-back" in the opening seconds of the frame and then go scoreless. In the 3rd they hold KCC to only 1 pt in the 1st 6 minutes of the quarter, before KCC scores a quick 9 point to closeout the frame. Jake Schulte goes 6 of 6 from the field along with 8 rebs, a block and a steal. If he is not on the All-Tourney team I say it's a joke!!!

Only reason I point Jake out is he is the "quiet" force on this team. Bueter and McDonald get alot of the press, and rightly so, but this kid quietly goes about his business and gets it done.

Knott Co. started fouling the Breds with under 1:30 to go to keep the Breds from killing the clock and force the Breds to the line, where Bueter went 2 of 4 and Pangallo and Dupont both missed front ends of 1 & 1's.

Agree 100%. Even those on the bench that don't get alot of minutes, they provide a needed break for the starters and more times than not they hold their own. Excellent team chemistry on this team.
