Just read an article on an Indiana man who applied for a trademark for Harbowl and Harbaughbowl last year. Sounds like the NFL went off on him and pressured him to abandon his application. He didn't know his rights and didn't have the money to fight them.

The man who trademarked

That's it, wish he would have had the resources to stick it out. Hate to see them bully him.

Agreed. They should at least give him some Colts tickets...

How many times are the parents going to be featured? Only question is going to be, is mom going to be in a Ravens' jersey and Dad in a 49'ers...or vice versa? Or are they going to cut two jerseys in half, and sew opposite halves together?

I'm figuring the over/under for how many times they're shown during the game broadcast starts at least at 10.

Between this and the Ray Lewis retirement story...I honestly will not be watching any pregame coverage (either the day or, or the weeks leading up to it).

I'm with you. I could care less about either team.

So tired of the ray Lewis last game crap and still trying to recover from the 2 SB losses to the hands of tthe 49ers.

If the game ended in a tie after playing 105 quarters I couldn't care less.

I haven't missed a SB since I was 7 years old and I'm sure I'll watch this one. But as far as what team I'm rooting for, probably the one that has the least amount of media coverage and announcer kiss butt during the game. So it will probably be the 49ers I guess i;ll root for because by the time the game starts I will be so sick of the Ray Lewis lovefest I'll probably projectile vomit the second he starts his idiotic having a seizure dance coming out of the tunnel.

I never watch the pregame coverage. Just by osmosis during the 2 previous weeks, you learn all you need to know. The Superbowl is an example of something the USA always does: take something good and then overkill it.

One very good thing for me about this years super bowl is that I don't have to listen to J. Buck (:puke:) call the game. Fox doesn't have the game this season so I will not hear the arrogant Buck "aka: the human sleeping pill" and his little commentaries that he thinks are funny. Aikmen I like but jmo Buck is pathetic.

I know this doesn't have a thing to do with the game itself, jmo on the call of the game.

I know a lot of people don't care for these two brothers, but I definitely do and would have liked to play for one of them.

I don't know (at least for me) if it is the brothers themselves or the coverage of them. I don't have anything against either brother but the media, especially espn love affair with them is sickining. I am glad to say that like some others on here that I have watched zero, notta, none of the two week coverage. Only show/coverage of the game I have seen is the Tim Brando Show in the mornings on CBS sports network and I haven't watched to a lot of that. Brando imo is a class act and doesn't go on and on with the "worship" coverage that espn does.
