Whenever a program graduates a superstar like Moss or Crittenden a program will struggle. It seems to be a challenge to play in a way to let the players around such a player to develop by not overly deferring.

Actually it was an impressive victory for the Birds.

 

I give Jaime credit in having the girls ready for this game and also her "shut it down" coaching move when the tempo of the game began to take an odd swing in the 4th.

 

All of a sudden, throw out the first 3 qtrs of play that Highlands dominated and BC begins an odd array of unforced HHS turnovers, a whole bunch of yipping and screaming, some very odd fouls and some not so odd fouls.

 

Jaime sees the swing and takes a time out and comes back out on the floor and plays stall ball for the most part, brilliant imo, the oddness all of a sudden became not so odd and the 4th qtr flurry ended in a hurry.

 

Anybody that questions her coaching should re-think, she just out smarted one of the best there is in KY Girls basketball and made it look easy....:thumb:

I had no idea until i asked someone what had bappeend to BC. Then someone really spelled it out quiet clear the other night. No big transfers have come into BC the last two years so they are struggling to stay at that high level.
