January 18, 201313 yr Some random thoughts: Considering the price Benchmark is awesome. I don't care for 1792 at all. It is my least favorite bourbon. Basil Hyden may be my favorite but it will set you back. Devil's Cut is really good but also a little pricey. Bookers is really nice. Don't care much for Woodford. I like Wild Turkey 101 too. I have a bottle of Bookers ,but have not opened it. It's not for drinking as I have it for collecting puposes,Booker Noe signed it himself at my request , at the JB 200th anniverary party at the distillery. I could be wrong, but I think Booker was the last great grandson of JB that was still alive at that time. I've tasted JB and if I was a drinker, that would be my choice.

I have to admit, one of the biggest reasons I want to try Booker's is too see if I'm man enough lol. Uncut, unfiltered and 63% alcohol sounds pretty manly. But seriously, I don't need anymore hair on my chest or anything, just really intrigued.

On nights that I just want to get out of hand, like tomorrow night due to gf's birthday, this is the go to.
January 18, 201313 yr Elijah 18 is my favorite 18 year old friend. Too bad you can't find it anymore once Heaven Hill found out they were selling it at a ridiculously low price. The EC 20 is darned good too.
January 18, 201313 yr I agree with what you said about devils cut. And I bought some Basil Hayden about an hour ago. Really smooth. Doesn't even need ice. I've never once had BH with ice.
