Congrats to coach Trame, he's had some very good teams. I still remember the first time I encountered him. He came to SK's summer hoops camp and his station was the defensive station. He had so much energy and I remember him making us do wall sits for an eternity. I still wished he would have been hired at SK earlier, I think he may have had two regional banners.

Danny is a great coach and even better person. I consider myself so fortunate to have him as a good friend.

I don't remember him at SHDHS. I remember him at SK and HC before WV.

 

He used to have a briefcase on the bench. His son that graduated in 2005 was little then and would pull out the card that showed what D he wanted his team to run.

I thought he started at Ludlow then moved to St. Henry. I know one of his St. Henry teams with Robbie Padgett set the national record for three pointers in the early 90's. He moved to SK in '92/'93 and I want to say he left after the '97 season.

I've met a lot of coaches in NKY but Coach Trame will always be one of my favorites. Congrats Coach!
