January 26, 201313 yr According to Rivals, Hearns is the #7 ILB in the country and the 197th player nationally. On paper he would be one of the biggest recruits in UK football history. I know that the concerns over qualifying may have scared some teams off the same way it did UF, but technically the kid has offers from Bama, UF, LSU, Georgia, Florida St., Notre Dame, OSU, and USC. Consider that when Joker and crew usually beat out teams such as Buffalo, Middle Tennessee St., Wake Forrest, and Ole Miss.
