The much improved Bearcats come to Newport on friday night to face the Breds in the Regional Finals. Both teams seem to be clicking on all cylinders at the right time, but the Bearcats have yet to face an opponent like the Breds. Does this game stay close, do the Bearcats really have a chance, or is it a running clock for the 3rd straight week for the Breds????? What say you?

No running clock but still a blowout. NCC 49-13.

Just watched the Walton/Lloyd game, if NCC plays like they have the last couple of weeks it should be a running clock.

2 of my ex-teammates square off. Good luck to both.

But I know who you're rooting for!

Walton V has has a terrific season. But NCC is playing as a team on a mission. NCC wins this game going away.

If Walton plays like they did against Lloyd you are right. If they clean it up no it won't be.

Ok.....5 touchdowns.

Nope.........

Assuming the turnovers are even, I will be surprised to see Walton Verona within 3 TD's of New Cath. I will fight the urge to go as far as 30dad and say 35-14 NCC.

That's the key for Walton is turnover's and mental mistakes. Make alot of either and it's a running clock.

Walton may need a lot of turnovers to prevent a running clock. I not knocking Walton. They are a top 10 2A team. But NCC is playing at a very high level.

They are playing at a high level and have to be the favorites in 2a but that is why they play the games.

Absolutely. Crazy things happen. The Bearcats have their chance and that is all you can ask for. Make the most of it.
